Try these brand new raw, vegan favorites to brighten your summer...
Summer Fun Green Garlic Dressing
2 cups sunflower seeds
4 tblsps lemon juice
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cups nama shoyu
2 cloves garlic (more to taste)
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup water (more if needed, add slowly)

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add water if too strong or more ingredients if your choice is too bland. Remember to be creative.


Spinach / Cilantro Pesto
2 cups loosely packed Cilantro leaves (stems removed)
1/4 cup spinach
2 tablespoons ground almonds
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoons sea salt
2 - 4 teaspoons of water (depending on desired consistency)

Directions:
Place the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, adding water as necessary.


Savory Almond Spread
2 cups of almond pulp (leftover pulp from making almond milk works great!)
1/4 cup sesame seed oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 chopped green onions
Dash of Braggs
Your favorite fresh or dried herbs, to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients well, cover and set aside for flavors to "marry" for at least a half hour to overnight. Adjust seasoning with Braggs and/or more herbs. Enjoy!
